1.CTM (Cleansing, Toning & Moisturizing)
Cleansing, toning, and moisturizing should regularly be done without missing. This will keep your skin glowing and clean.
Exfoliation is one of the best methods of getting a skin that is clear from dead cells, whiteheads, and blackheads. Make sure that you exfoliate your skin before using a face wash two or three times per week. Don’t use harsh face wash, it can irritate skin & give you rashes on your face.
3.Facial & Hair Spa
Start getting monthly facials before six months of the wedding. If you have less time left in hand, start getting weekly gold facial. Don’t directly apply new products on your skin, ask for a patch test.
For strong and shiny looking hair, start getting a hair spa once a month and like the facials, start this treatment before six months of the wedding.
4.Beautiful Hands & Feet
Keep your hands and feet smooth by massaging olive oil on them before going to sleep at night regularly. This will get rid of the dry skin on your hands and feet.
During bathing, make sure that you practice a pumice stone on your feet.
Polished your nails of both hands and feet which give an added glamour to your look.
You must certainly keep clean and polished nails through
weekly or monthly manicures and pedicures.
Keep yourself clean & groomed. Usually, remove hair of hands & legs. Keep your eyebrows in shape. Immediate hair removal of any part of the body can give you little cuts, redness or rashes. Any procedure you use for hair removal like waxing, threading, laser hair removal, keep maintaining that weekly or monthly, as per your requirement.
Drink Plenty of Water, at least minimum 2 to 3 liters per day
Eat fruits, green vegetables, and protein
Avoid eating junk foods like chips, chocolates, ice creams, or sodas. They lead to skin problems.
It is necessary to give the body with antioxidants and minerals to have healthy and glowing skin.
Sufficient Sleep is an absolute must before the wedding. Lack of sleep can give you dark circles. A shining skin, but with dark circles under the eyes, will not look good on your wedding day. So, we suggest you sleep at least for 8-10 hours a day.
8. Spa & Massage
This is not essential but if you want to relax from the wedding stress, then you can get a spa and a massage.
